Beijing Xike Creative Technology Co., Ltd. African Cross-Border Platform Terms of Service (2025 Edition)

Chapter I General Provisions

1. Platform entity
   This platform is operated by Beijing Xike Creative Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hick trade Technology"), which mainly provides cross-border transaction services for electronic consumer goods to consumers in Egypt, Nigeria and other African countries, covering categories such as smart phones, smart wearables, charging devices, and household appliances.13。

2. Applicable Law
   These terms and conditions are in accordance with China's "E-Commerce Law" and "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Non-Bank Payment Institutions"11、Egypt's Electronic Commerce Management Law, Nigeria's Consumer Protection Act and African regional trade agreements all use Chinese law as the basis for dispute resolution, with territorial special provisions taking precedence.

Chapter 2 Transactions and Payments

3. Order and fulfillment

• The order will be shipped within 48 hours after confirmation. The delivery time in major cities in Egypt/Nigeria is 7-10 working days, and it can be extended to 15 days in remote areas.
• Support localized payment methods: Egypt supports cash on delivery, Visa/Mastercard and local bank Fawry payment; Nigeria supports OPay e-wallet, Verve bank card and bank transfer.

4. Duties and customs clearance

• Egyptian orders with a single amount of ≤ US$500 can enjoy tax-free access. Customs clearance in Nigeria is handled by the platform, and users are required to provide identity documents.

Chapter 3 After-sales and Responsibilities

5. Return and Exchange Policy

• Electronic consumer products enjoy 10 days of no-questions-asked return (products must be unopened), and free replacements within 30 days for quality issues.
• After-sales centers have been set up in Lagos, Nigeria and Cairo, Egypt to provide maintenance and spare parts replacement services.

6. Product Compliance
   All products have passed CE certification and African standard testing (such as Egypt GOEIC, Nigeria SONCAP), and products that do not comply with local regulations will be automatically blocked from ordering.

Chapter 4 Data and Privacy

7. Information Protection
   User data is stored in the Alibaba Cloud Africa Data Center (South Africa) in compliance with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law and Nigeria’s NDPR regulations, prohibiting the sale of behavioral data to third parties.

Chapter V Special Terms

8. Power adaptation guarantee
   In view of the unstable power supply areas in Africa, the charging devices sold on the platform all have built-in overvoltage protection modules, and full compensation can be applied for damage caused by abnormal voltage.

9. Localization Services

• Wholesale customers in Nigeria and Egypt enjoy bulk purchase discounts.

Supplementary Provisions
